PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This non-woven filter material is special designed for high standard FFP2 respirators. It provides low penetration pressurefits and has high dust capacity. The material has a initial filtration rate over 99% and maximal initial penetration resistance of 90 Pa @ 60LPM test condition (TSI 8130). It can provide very good protection from PM 2.5 particles, dust, pollen, and other airborne contaminants.
This product is a high quality filter material for FFP2 respirators, it could provide very good usage experience of free breath. This product have high duct capacity and fit for very dusty & challenging enviroment.

Test Method: TSI 8130 @ 0.33 um, 60L/Min, DOP
Marks: This FFP serial product can reach to 99.8% filtration rate with the air resistance less 160Pa. The parameter is obviously better than European standard requirement, 99% filtration rate and 300Pa resistance. Same performance is shown in the standard of FFP1 and FFP2.
